Our services offer 3 residential placements in a 5 bedded home in residential locations so we don’t stand out. Our staffing ratio is 1:1 to ensure each young person can thrive and flourish and achieve the best possible outcome for them individually.
We will provide inhouse and outsourced services that will be available to cater for the widest range of Emotional Behavioral Difficulties and the complex needs surrounding such issues.
We make full use of all services made available in the community and access them to give the best outcome to our individual young people. This encompasses accessing services such as Psychotherapist, Lifeline, CAMHS and counselling services.
Education will be a very important need that will be assessed and supported throughout their time with us. We understand that sometimes mainstream schools are not an option for various reasons, this is not an issue for us, we will source PRUs if needed along with other specialist schools. Every child deserves a good level of education and a strong foundation for adulthood which suit their educational needs.
We encourage socialising (if applicable and requested) to aid the building of confidence at such an important time in their lives. Any activities are fully risk assessed to ensure that the health and wellbeing needs are being met to support them learning life and social skills.
In the unfortunate event that our young people are involved with the local youth offending service (YOS) our team will support with appointments and any reparation work that could be in place/ordered.
Family contacts are of paramount importance and supported at each stage (subject to care order). We will support and supervise contacts for each individual if needed to ensure their plans are followed.
In addition, we work closely with partners and professionals as we have formed an extensive network of complementary providers at our side.
We have fully trained staff teams in each of our home and ensure we met compliance and regulations. Our homes offer a nurturing and safe environment for the young people build up relationships with the staff team, make plans for their futures and develop the skills needed to aid them in their futures.
